Purchase this to waterproof some clothing. I won’t know if it worked until I have some rain in the forecast. I’ve used the spray on of the same brand product and it works great, so I’m sure this will work well too.

It worked. I treated daypacks, raincoats etc that weren’t repelling well for a wet weather cruise. I ruined a phone back up battery that was in my pack when the cheap battery mastic water bottle lid didn’t seal and my pack filled with water. The battery was submerged in water. Earlier the water would have leaked on me.
