The S7 Edge is probably one of the hardest phones to find a PROTECTIVE cover for bc of the edge panel feature. In my opinion, this is the best cover out there that had the specs that I was looking for: clear to show off my gold S7, and edges at the top & bottom (bezels) that were raised enough to offer protectection should my phone land on its screen. The raised bezel of this case is really what impressed me, in comparison to other phone covers, it's raised significantly while still maintaining the phone's slim attributes. The edge around the case is rubberized, so if you set your phone face down, it won't slide anywhere. One thing that I don't like about this case is that it lacks a grip on the back part of the cover. You have to pair this case with a screen protector - that's a must. I've dropped my phone on multiple occasions, and its landed screen-first many times. This case has protected my phone, thankfully I've dropped it on flat surfaces; I doubt any case can save your phone if it lands face first over gravel, rocks or any other jagged surface. As other reviews have mentioned, this case DOES yellow over time. One of the pictures shows a new case on the left vs the one I owned for 4 months on the right. I also added pics of the impacts that my old case took. I much rather replace a $18-$30 case than to replace an $800 phone. I will probably continue to purchase this case as needed in the future, not so much because of the yellowing, but because I think any cracks in the case may compromise it's ability to protect my phone. I am very pleased with this case.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge isn't the easiest of phones to design a case for as the curved edge screen gives the phone a fairly unconventional shape. I've owned a number of Speck cases over the years and have always been pleased with their designs, so I was happy to test out one for the Samsung S7 Edge.One of the things I really like about the Speck case is the fact that it is completely clear. Samsung did a fantastic job with creating a stunning phone and this Speck case shows that off. I also own a UAG Phone Case which I absolutely LOVE. This case is thicker and notably heavier than the UAG case, but the look of it is much less utilitarian. The sides of the Speck case are fairly thick and come very close to the end of the screen (but manages not to obstruct it).If you like a more substantial case that won't interfere with the look of your Samsung, Speck has again delivered an extremely well designed and stylish case.

I have owned this case for 3 months. I like the shape and feel of the case. The side buttons press well on the case and allows full use of the phone. It becomes slightly difficult to get all the way to the edge if using a cursor in a notepad or similar but I don't normally have an issues with that in my daily usage. I have dropped this case about 10 times and only from 5 feet or less on basic flooring, maybe once on the asphault from a low height...It now has cracks on all 4 corners! Has the appearance of broken glass on the edges but it is safely plastic. It is keeping form and not chipping off but it shows the impact splits all over. The soft plastic areas of the phone, ie; the top semi hard plastic, the button material and the soft plastic corner bumpers that surround the phone, are all turning a BRONZE tinge. It is slight when you look at the phone but the side buttons are apparent to me at all times now. The case on the back is still very clear with a few scratches but I can still see perfectly through it. I'm satisfied with the hard plastic material and the protection it's provided on my phone but it is cracking and falling apart already. I like the clear plastic's clarity overall but, I don't know if I'd buy it again for the way the buttons are changing color tone and the plastic cracking up already.

it's hard to find the balance between aesthetics and protection for the S7 Edge. I originally went with a Samsung flip cover but then realized that it's somewhat awkward to snap pictures. Did a little bit of research, saw the manufacturer's claim about military grade, was somewhat dubious but decided to give it a try. A few weeks later I absolutely love the clear cover. Contrary to it's gripped siblings, it does have the possibility to slip out of your hand, but the material itself will resist sliding on any plastic or non-porous surface. I actually find this case to be much less slippery than the unprotected S5 Active. Both edges show well on the phone, and the cover has cushioned materials on each of the corners. My dog has already proven that this case protects the phone when dropped. The phone also charges well on the wireless charger pad with this case.

I still have a Galaxy 7s Edge (3rd one) and I have purchased 4 different cases over the years. My last clear case by a different company was very thin and I liked it but it did discolor to a light yellow and the back of the case separated from the sides. THIS CASE is GREAT - it's made of a thicker clear material, is pliant and fits snugly around the phone. It's side edges are higher than my last case and look like it will protect the glass better. Button functionality is better and it still allows me to charge the phone using QI desktop charger

This is actually a replacement for one I bought when I got the phone. They do turn slightly yellow after a while despite the manufacturers claims. I got this again though based solely on the fact that it's so unobtrusive and it does offer some protection. The corners are hardened and that's where my phones prefer to hit on when they do fall. It's a really snug fit and the weakest area I have found so far is the opening for the charger connection. It's kinda flimsy and the fact that you use that area often only wears it faster.Overall though I have no problem replacing it and would recommend this item
