This is just what I needed! I had terrible back tightness and muscle pain to the point of headaches I finally related it to the large belly issue and got this. I have used it now for 3 days and I love it. Why? Because now I can work longer without having to go sit down and rest. This will help me to work on reducing my belly too now that I can move around. It is made very well and closes to the side which is smart so that it is easier to close and open. When using the restroom I can just fold it from the bottom up and go without having to take it off.

Gives good support to the lower abdomen and more comfortable than most binders by far, and I've tried a LOT. I had to take off one star for comfort; the edges of the velcro can abrade the skin if it's not perfectly centered. Overall, though, I'm very happy to have found it. It's been the only binder I've found that controls the overhang of a severe ventral hernia and has given me a measure of a better quality of life. Thank you, Uriel!

I had a spinal fusion a few weeks ago I have my prescribed brace for getting outside walking ect it’s to large to sit in taking it on and off just to walk a few steps. This support helps while I sit and do small steps inside. It doesn’t take the place of theRx one but definitely feel the difference with how my back feels while wearing it even sitting.

Does not work, does not stay in place. Rides down almost immediately after putting it on, have to keep pulling it back up, readjusting. Difficult to put on. Definitely not made for old fat guys. Waste of 40 bucks....
