Great service minus one issue. e mailed regarding one cartridge did not work. over a week later no reply from them. lucky i had old one that still had ink in it,

Installed the blue (C) toner and the printer won’t read it or pick it up.Had no issues installing the black or the yellow but cannot get this one to work at all

Second black toner has been installed after the first stopped working with "no toner" after only printing a few pages. The same has just happened with the second black toner. I've tried everything but it simply will not accept the cartridge IS full (even shows as full when I check the settings for toner levels). Fuming!!!

This product comes in a sturdy retail box and all the cartridges are well protected to prevent damage.The cartridges themselves work quite well, giving colours that are about 85% as saturated as the genuine product. It is perfectly fine for office use, and unless you compare side by side you would never know the difference. The toner spread is generally uniform across the page, although the blue is sometimes a bit patchy. I have done about 50 sheets and they all look fine, with no lines or serious inconsistencies.I would NOT use these for any documents or archiving where colour accuracy and image quality is very important. These are more for general-purpose toners, when price matters more than quality.As for that price, well it’s significantly less than the genuine thing. As with any cheap product there is a gamble and long-term it’s hard to guess how they will perform.Overall I would say it’s worth a try if you can’t face the price of the original product, which frankly is a ridiculous price considering the manufacturing cost of the product itself.Just don’t expect perfect quality, these will not provide it in my experience.

Nightmare - bought these at the start of the year so that I could replace the installed printer cartridges as they expired... Black, Yellow and Cyan were great but when the installed Magenta cartridge expired I opened the Magenta cartridge box only to find a Cyan cartridge inside. This should not be able to happen. This means that I now have to buy another complete set just to get a Magenta cartridge and it also means that this was a very poor value purchase. Totally unacceptable QC

Cyan cartridge reported as full, but DOES not print. I would like to return this item as it's not fit for purpose.
