Reading this book was a waste of time and money. I kept thinking the next chapter or section would improve, but it only got worse and worse.

Insiteful, direct, informative, and easy to understand. Mr. Sean makes it easy to understand the attitudes and habits to becoming an alpha male in real life. 5/5 would recommend if you're searching for a perspective on male behavior.

This is a culmination of colloquialisms. Author offers no real advice or true observation. This is up sale writing.

This book is composed of small paragraphs, trying to inform you in great detail on how to be a complete douche bag. I’m a leader, type A, go getter.. which made it all the harder to read. I’m halfway through and had to call it quits. It’s basically common knowledge details on how to be the man, without actually being the man. Good luck. This is certainly one of the best books on being a man in the modern world, including success with women and the basics of doing so. It's not just a "pickup" book, but covers the essential pillars of a happy life as a man, which include good male friendships, self-acceptance, motivating goals for having your own mission, and a positive relationship with sexuality. I was particularly struck by this book's emphasis on authenticity. Through fellowship with other men (of integrity), masculine energy is nurtured. In addition, the book is written in a very personal and readable way. You can see that no one has intellectualized here or written things from other books together, but that their own life experiences and personality growth are reflected here.
