If it's not OEM it's a perfect counterfeit.
This mount came in TomTom factory packaging and looked identical to my original one that broke. It works perfectly. Some reviewers have had trouble getting this suction cup mount to stick. Here's what I have found that works: First, use isopropyl alcohol to clean the suction cup and the mounting surface. Glass cleaner may also work. Attach the mount and rotate the lock to hold it there. If it loosens over time, place a drop (only ONE drop) of light oil (mineral oil, ATF, or similar) to the suction cup or mounting surface and repeat attaching the mount. The oil trick has worked for me for years.

Comfort Go model gps suction cup ball fits nicely
This suction cup fit my TomTom COMFORT GO model GPS which was not on the list. This may be the standard ball size to fit in most GPSs of TomTom.

Yeah ! My TomTom sticks again !
Old suction cup developed a crack or tear at center. Bought a used suction cup. Works perfectly. Don't know why it was returned. I suspect mating surface imperfections or mis operation of suction lock? Thank You.

If it were possible to give this product a negative star, I would! This is the second supposed "original" TOMTOM mount that I have received and NEITHER of them have any suction whatsoever. It does not matter whether I mount it----directly to the windshield, dashboard, or disc, it DOES NOT hold any suction. This is an absolutely garbage product.

instead of dealing with a big, clunky arm blocking your dashboard, it features a clever, flat-folding design. the twist-lock mechanism gives you a rock-solid grip on the windshield, but when you're done, the whole thing folds flat right against the back of the GPS. it makes it incredibly easy to pop off and slide right into your pocket or glove box without any hassle.

It has a very tight grip on my windshield. It was easy to put on my GPS and mount on the windshield. It adjust to the right angle to see easily.
