I am looking for an immersion blender I can immerse in a jar of natural peanut butter to mix in the separated oil. Will this work for that? Thanks.

I think the best way to blend the oil into natural peanut butter is as follows, 1. let the jar sit upright for a day so less oil is clinging to the lid 2. Remove the lid and heat the jar in a microwave at high power for 1/2 minute 3. Stir. When heated, the viscosity of the pb is much lower so it’s a lot easier to stir.

It can crush ice but nit very well. You need a lot of horse power for that kind of thing and this isn't really designed for that kind of thing. You have to move plunge, move plunge, and its just not practical besides the possibly burning out the motor. A blender is a much better appliance for crushing ice.
