bought this for my 89 yo mother who I care for at home. have been unable to get my mother into a tub so have been giving extensive bed baths this product is a blessing. its not that difficult to use and my mother was so relaxed after using this tub that she slept all nite when normally she has been restless.i highly recommend this for those of you who care for a loved one at home and unable to put them in shower or tub

Horrible company, product is very hard to use
I bought this item and it didn't work as promised, the water does not drain easily and we spent a lot of time trying to clean it up, I tried to negotiate a return of it with the company but they didn't want to heat about it, I didn't use it, as they say to test with water first to make sure it works accordingly and I did that, it didn't work and it didn't stayed inflated so I tried to return it and no luck, so now it is a piece of junk sitting outside. I wish it had more reviews and I would never purchased it.
