This parking stop is excellent! It is commercial quality. It can be installed permanently using hardware, or it can simply be put in place. Either way, it stops the car and it is sturdy.The width is also great because it is slightly wider than the car.The materials are high quality and the the yellow markings are reflective. This is a great addition to the garage or carport.The only drawback is the strong odor that emits from the parking stop.

It might be on the expensive side, but this one have more weight than the competition. I do not need to fixed in the ground, and use it in an apartment complex they do not allow to drill. It is used for a Model 3 Tesla.

This is a nicely made parking stop for our SUV in our garage. We use a laser indicator mounted to our garage door opener in our other garage, but this garage is a little longer and the garage door opener sits too far back for the laser to work and be seen by the driver. This parking stop is a great solution to that. We place it where the SUV's tires hit it and there is enough room to walk and work in front of the vehicle and open the rear hatch with the garage door shut. It has holes where you can bolt it down to the concrete, but we did not want to mess up our garage floor and this item is heavy and grippy enough (made of rubber) to stay in place. We drive forward slowly until we feel the wheels hit it and stop, it stays in place. It looks nicely made with reflective paint or tape that looks pretty well adhered. It does outgas with a rubber smell for a week or two, but that is kind of expected due to the rubber material it is made of. If I had to pick on something that I would change is that I would like it a foot or two longer, although 4 ft is long enough to hit both tires.

In my garage I hung a tennis ball on a string hanging down to about windshield height. As I drive straight into my garage, I know when my rear bumper has cleared the garage door. When the tennis ball touches my front windshield, that means I'm far enough in.When I back in to my garage, I had no such device telling me when my front bumper has cleared. I ordered this parking block to place it behind one of my tires so that when the tire hits it, I know I am cleared to close the garage door. This has worked perfectly and I no longer have to get out of my car everytime I pull in to check if my truck is far enough in to close the garage door.This works perfectly but I did have to glue the parking block down so it wouldn't move every time I backed in. Even though it is very heavy, it still slides just a bit each time without the glue.There are several reasons why this Xpose parking block would be useful, but for what I needed it for is working perfectly.
