I had to replace my current headset I was causing irritation to my ears through out my work day. This headset is comfortable, light weight and a perfect fit if your on the phone all day. Great buy

People say they can hear, and sometimes they say they can't
I have had too many people tell me they have a hard time hearing me so I've slowed down using these. When people do hear me it's great, but when they don't and I have to use speaker or the actual phone it is frustrating.

Great quality
Not much to say about this other than it is exactly what I was looking for. Transitioned into an online position with work, and this gives excellent call quality with both receiving and transmitting.
