Yummiest diet meal
Delicious! Unlike most “diet meals”, I actually look forward to these. The portion is perfect with about 6oz of boiling water. I have a huge breakfast of eggs and oatmeal, and these for lunch and dinner. In between, I snack on nuts if I’m hungry. I lost 5lbs in a week and feel so much cleaner! Oh, don’t forget to drink loads of water (8-16oz) with each meal! I’m ordering more!

Small portion..thats the point right? Tast very good. Full of msg which i have no problem with. Perfect with a sandwich for lunch Or a quick bite befire going out for drinks. Will buy more but it is expensive.

Quick and simple, just add 6-8 oz of hot water. Diet food that taste really good.

手軽でいい！
ダイエット目的で購入してみました｡ 5食入りで1000円以内で買るのはお試しにも丁度いいなと思いました｡ お試し感覚で私は2袋購入しましたが笑 購入前にレビューを見ましたが､味に関しては美味しいとそうじゃないが半々な感じで不安でした｡ 朝に1食鯛を食べましたが､味付けしっかりで私は当たりだなと思いました｡ 作り方もお湯を180mlか230ml使うのですが､雑炊かリゾットかお湯の量を加減するだけです｡ ちなみに私は200mlで作りましたが､塩味もしっかり感じられて満足感得られました｡ 満腹感はありません笑 満腹感はありませんが､乾燥ワカメや別茹でしたキノコ類を足して噛みごたえを増せば良いのかな？と思っています｡
