The media could not be loaded.  This fireplace is amazing! It’s sleek, very modern and when lit, it’s even more beautiful! The fire makes a crackling noise and adds a nice aesthetic. One thing I’ll say, it wasn’t a super easy setup as claimed be - it was hard to align the holes in the base with the middle compartment to screw in (I needed help from my dad to do this) so I would suggest having two people set it up. But once you figure it out, it’s pretty easy from there. Another plus is the company gives you a free snuffer and 6 cans of gel fuel :) Highly recommend for anyone looking for a modern and unique fireplace!

The media could not be loaded.  I love this fireplace! It has a smaller foot print so it doesn’t take up too much space, the color is amazing and it was so easy to set up!!! It was packed so well that everything showed up perfect…took maybe 10 min to put together…I just tested 1 can of the flame as it is summer and it does give off heat (which will be great when it gets colder) and it is stunning! It does make a crackling sound when burning…again I just love this!

Pros-The Terra Flame Lloyd Fireplace is a wonderful addition to my living room. The mid century modern design is sleek, and matches well to the rest of our furniture. The unit puts out great heat as far as I can tell, I do live in Florida so my use is rather minimal. Easily heats our living room where it’s located. The flame is beautiful and crackles just like real fire. Additionally, the ability to snuff out the canisters on a whim when you are done is great, not having to wait for the flames to die down and watch embers etc.Cons-Terra Flame packages the piece in a single box. To fit it into a single box, the black base is placed over top of the hood with nothing placed in-between to buffer contact. The metal-on-metal contact causes the black base to scratch/scuff a nice ring all the way around the hood. Some spots were 3 inches in diameter, completely worn down to bare metal. For $600, I did not expect to receive something damaged to this extent (or at al). Again, this is due to packing done from Terra Flame not necessarily the shipper. I have reached out to Terra Flames customer support to no avail. I Initially reached out March 26 only to be met with “We are expecting a new shipment next month”. Great! Did I hear anything the next month until I reached out? Nope! Customer support continually responds with “we are expecting to receive soon” but soon never seems to come. So now, I am stuck with a $600 scuffed and scratched piece of metal. Hopefully they will send me a new hood, but I really do not anticipate Terra Flame to do so.In conclusion the Lloyd Fireplace is a show stopper in my living room until my guests examine it closely and notice how beat up it is from packaging. Additionally, Terra Flame customer service is extremely lackluster. If you need to deal with them good luck.

Missing a part (glass pieces) / came with a note explaining it would be sent later. Over a month has passed and have not seen them yet.Unit is very cool, but did arrive with some damage - paint is scuffed, etc. For how expensive it is, it should be in perfect shape.Lastly, the gel fuel puts off a bit of a strange odor. Doesn’t really bother me, but my wife doesn’t care for it. She asked if we could turn it off during inaugural run. Hoping that other gel fuels won’t have the same odor. Otherwise I might have just bought a very expensive decoration.Update -Replacement glass arrived, though just one of the two pieces expected. Will follow up with manufacturer….

We love it but wished the company would just send it out together. We read another review about the challenges of putting it together so we were prepared. The holes aren’t perfectly aligned and we definitely needed two hands to pull stand to align holes.

I waited for months for my replacement. Finally a poorly repaired amd , damaged item arrived. I want my money refunded. Do not send me another. REFUND!!!!!!!!

The product is beautiful and stylish, however be aware that the claim of an odorless burn is not a valid one. Using the included gel cans does, in fact, create an odor, though subtle, that permeates throughout our house. I highly recommend a VERY well ventilated space while using the unit.We don't seem to have any ill effects, but the distinct odor is a distraction from the intended cozy ambiance of the fireplace.I will be using our unit sparingly because of this design flaw and hope to try a different gel fuel with less of an odor.
