Nice and affordable mechancal option
Never owned a water flosser before, but have this device for a couple months now and it is very good for tonsil stones. A nice feature is that you have full control of the water pressure by varying how many times you pump it. It being fully mechanical makes it simple and always ready to go without the need of recharging. Best part of is the low price point when compared to battery operated water flossers I was looking at. One thing to keep in mind is that I do not think it can reach the water pressures needed operate as a "true" flosser, but for my use case it works wonderfully. While I do not use it daily It has held up well so far and I hope to get a lot more use out of it.

WOW!!
I use this product morning and night and LOVE it!! For the price point, it's a great value. Seeing all the food debris removed from my mouth and floating down the drain gives great satisfaction that my teeth are getting a good cleaning making my teeth and gums healthier. Higher pressure gives a stronger jet so I pump away. Also like the compact size as I don't feel I'm using a small appliance. The handy strap allows me to hang on my bathroom shelf. I like that there is one less thing in my house needing batteries. That was a factor in the purchase of this item. My coworker loved my rave review so much, to my surprise she purchased a second device for me. I'll never go back to using string floss again as it just doesn't seem as effective.

Works surprisingly well
Fragile, but works surprisingly well. Rolled off bathroom sink top after 1st use and tip snapped off. I have super glued it back 2 times now and can still use it, but would not travel with it. Ordered 2 and second one gets used twice a day. Kids love it and it works quite well.

Great idea, needs better implementation, almost totally useless as is
Its too small to hold much water so you're constantly pumping this thing up and refilling it. Remember you're supposed to have flowing water between each tooth for 4 seconds at a minimum!! Also it leaks when pressurized. Cleaning it out is also not easy either. I love the idea of a packable oral irrigator that doesn't need batteries or power but this thing isn't worth buying.

Better than I thought
For the first month I got this. I thought I had bought junk because I couldn't get it to spray. I realized it unscrews and you pump it in the base. This helps the spraying action. I now love it. No electricity needed. It can travel. Once you figure out how to use it, it's a great product. I want to buy some for my kids and they are economical when you consider the cost of the electric ones. The only thing lacking are additional attachments but I'm content with just the one. My teeth feel clean after use. My dentist appointment is soon and this makes flossing a breeze. There is a learning curve with it being messy after use.

Non-electric water flosser user experience
I purchased this because I wanted an alternative to electric flossers and my dentist recommended I use water flossing device. I plan to use it for travel and road trips. Does it work? Yes ... but. You have to pump it every couple of teeth to have decent water pressure. It takes quite a few cycles of this to floss. Even then, the water stream is significantly weaker than an electric device. This makes sense, and I'm sharing this more as an observation than meaning to point out a critical flaw. It will satisfice for short term use and that's good enough for my use case. YMMV.

Easy to use
This is perfect instead of needing new dental work. I just got one of these and took care of my problem in about three weeks. Easy to use. Cleans those hard to reach places. And I like that you can easily refill it if you just need more water..

The best non-electric option
I’m really surprised how well this works. By far the best non electric water flosser I’ve tried. You pump up the pressure and then press the button to release the pressurized water.

Its a great water flosser, very convenient and so on, no need for battery, recharge, all of this. But every solution has its drawbacks. It relies on pumping and putting water under pressure. The only problem is that water isn't the only thing that gets under pressure. The plastic container also does. And it literally exploded in my hand yesterday. See photo: if you were wondering, this is exactly the reason why not everyone is having one of these in their bathrooms. If you are not very careful when pumping, given you are going to pump it very often, 1-2 times a day, it can very quickly break, letting you with a scare and a useless piece of plastic in your hands. I'm going to purchase another one because it is very nice when using it and does what it is supposed to do but I'm going to be very careful now.
