Is the signature the same as original all-purpose flavor?

Not even close, it was more green with herbs in it this is more yellow with more onion it it... Too much pepper in all their seasonings!!!!!

Is this product really as good as advertised?

My first experience with this seasoning was when I was in the hospital with a UTI. Since my blood pressure was up I was put on a salt restricted diet and this was the seasoning I was given. I do not particularly care for salt-free seasonings but since this was all I could have I tried it. I was amazed at how good this seasoning is. I was in the hospital for four days so I got to use it quite a bit. When I got home I tried to find it in a smaller container but had no luck, however I was able to get the large size here on Amazon for a great price. I am still using this as my preferred seasoning on almost everything. So to answer your question - YES this is really as good as advertised.

I am looking for Pintch perfect italian seasoning?

I think I saw it at Target & large chain grocery stores. I don’t think the Italian is the same as the Original. They quit making the Original flavor.
