Easy to hold and drink from. Very attractive for a thermos! Enjoy drinking from it .. not too large so it is not cumbersome. Customer service is wonderful, polite, efficient . My bottle cracked , not because I dropped it but because ice cubes must have fallen hard at the bottom , maybe before I started to fill it with water. When I pulled it out of my back pack, everything was drenched. I love this bottle, so I called customer service and a new one was shipped to me with 2-3 days. ( I sent a photo of the bottom of bottle.) I have given this as a present and also have a 25 ounce size ( which is too wide for me to grip comfortably). I do recommend this bottle .. just be sure to fill it with liquid before you add ice !
