I bake a lot and always hit my arms on the hot oven racks- so I went with the 16” to cover more if my forearms. When you cook- you do not want tight mitts- you need to take them off quickly. The measurements are not for hand size- just length. **Q: what is the heat range** A: Mine melted the first time I used them in the oven. I happened to touch the wire rack, so I guess 350 degrees Fahrenheit is too hot... **Q: Do these soften up with use or should I wash them?** A: They will soften up I do throw mine in a laundry net bag and wash them frequently when they get soiled. **Q: this is a 2-pack item right? so I should be receiving 2 pairs of mitts all together (like 4 individual pieces)?** A: You will receive 2 oven mitts as the 2 pack. The 2 pack does not mean 2 pairs. ## Frequently Bought Together - ARCLIBER Oven Mitts 1 Pair of Quilted Terry Cloth Cotton Lining,Extra Long Professional Classic Oven Mitt Heat Resistant Kitchen Oven Gloves,16 Inch - sungwoo Extra Long Silicone Oven Mitts, Heat Resistant Oven Gloves with Quilted Liner Non-Slip Textured Grip Perfect for BBQ, Baking, Cooking and Grilling - 1 Pair 14.6 Inch Black - Homaxy 100% Cotton Waffle Weave Kitchen Dish Cloths, Ultra Soft Absorbent Quick Drying Dish Towels, 12 x 12 Inches, 6-Pack, Dark Grey --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/28875403-oven-mitts](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/28875403-oven-mitts) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
