i use this ball strictly for training purposes with my Aussie who is super obsessed with balls. My dog seriously loves this ball. This has taken the place of treats. When we aren’t training the ball goes in a closet. So far it’s durable enough for our training session. (If we have a good session he is rewarded with having free access to the ball for a limited time, he enjoys a little tug so I normally hold the rope and let him have at the ball) for $10 id say it’s worth it. It’s definitely not indestructible but it is cheaper for me to replace these than buying treats every week as rewards.

BOSTON TERRIER APPROVED! I hesitated thinking the Ball would be too big but in my mind I knew it would be the best product in a harder chew proof ball. My dog is a chewing machine. The ball arrived and he went nuts! I gave it to him out of the packaging and honestly he was trying to rip the rope apart and I corrected him 2-4 times and once he got the hand of it he was all ball and wasn’t trying to remove or chew apart the rope. Later I hung the ball from a nylon strap in the tree outside my back door. I’ve been wanting some sort of tether ball for him. My old PitBull loved tether tires and balls and I knew my 2 yr old Boston so full of energy would love it too. I put it on the Carabiner clip and sun all he ball…that’s all she wrote lol He was BUSY, chasing the ball catching it, hanging while swinging from it. This is one tough ball! If I lost this dog toy I’d buy it again the same night. Very much worth the money. It’s the right size for any dog except tiny dogs, “ankle biters” couldn’t hold it in their mouths so keep that in mind and look for a smaller ball. Boston Terrier, a Frenchie size dog yes or bigger, it’s the tug of war ball or tether ball to hang if you’ve got a place to hang one. But get a clip so you can still plat with the dog hand to paw with it. Easy on the clip, easy off. The ball is very chew resistant. I don’t have pictures yet which, how could I forget to snap a couple? But I will be doing another review with picks. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BALL. ONE LAST THING, WE ended last night with me throwing the ball, swinging the ball with the rope and letting it fly…it goes so much farther flinging it like that and my dog loves to retrieve what ever I throw and this gives him a better run!

The ball qualifies as indestructible, unfortunately, the rope lasted only10 minutes ‘in the field’. Our Belgian Malinois successfully chewed through it between retrieving, returning, and playing tug-o-war. NOTE: I subsequently purchased 5/16 inch dog leash paracord from Planet. It has withstood the test of time, with no damage to either the original ball, or the replacement rope. And he’s tried, believe me he’s tried hard.

Bonus: great entertainment for the neighbors. This toy isn’t just a ball on a rope; it’s a lifestyle. Open fields? Perfect. Tug-of-war? Immaculate. Backyard fetch? A cinematic masterpiece. It’s basically the Swiss Army knife of dog toys, minus the danger of accidental stabbing. Pro tip: Don’t underestimate how far this thing can go. My first throw ended with the ball in orbit—or maybe it just bounced off a satellite. Either way, my dog was thrilled, and now I need an arm warm-up routine before playtime. So, if you want a toy that’ll outlast your dog’s dental fury and make fetch sessions the stuff of legend, this is it. 10/10, would absolutely get weird looks from neighbors again.

Bought this item last year and loved it . Ordered product again this month and after 1 week ball broke into 2 pcs . Not sure if there is a defect in this batch . Not good at all
