Good, but I notice price has shot up since I last ordered, around 2 months ago. Still good value though. They are small, although bigger than some other brands I've tried. Still easy to swallow. I'd advise people to do their own research on dosage, which may need to be increased if you feel you are "going down with something".

Easy to swallow
Most important thing for me is the size as I struggle to swallow tablets ,these are quite small and don’t dissolve quickly so are very easy to take . Very good value

Essential stuff if you wfh
Working from home means I definitely don't get the same amount of sunshine as I did before. This vitamin is really important for a host of things, immunity, brain function, bone health. I also thought my skin and hair looked better when I took these.
