Bisquick Shake'N Pour Buttermilk Pancake Mix, 5.1- ounce Containers (Pack of 6)

Very handy. This makes very nice pancakes. Surprisingly it does seem to work best with water though. I tried one using half and half thinking it might work better with the higher fat content, but it didn't turn out well. It didn't mix fully and was way too lumpy. With water, it was smooth and rose well. I have always liked the taste of these pancakes too. This is a good size for 2 people.

So first of all, it's a tremendously convenient product. Keeps forever and when you want pancakes, you don't need no steenking milk, eggs, baking powder, stuff I never have in the house. Just water. Makes good pancakes, and you can dress them up with fruit, chocolate chips, jalapenos, whatever. Someone else complained that the bottles used to have handles. What she doesn't realize is that this is a vast improvement. The problem with those handles, on the small size, is that some of the mix would get stuck in there and it was very difficult or almost impossible to get it out. These bottles aren't as cute, but they fit well in your hand (thus proving the existence of God :-) and allow you to shake the mix up and get all of it.

I haven't used this in decades! Only because most of the time I need to avoid the carbs. But when I saw the 6-pk. I knew I had to get it to make them for my Mom. A word to the wise--- after you add the water and shake it up, DO NOT put it lid-down on the counter! The top will pop off and you will have pancake mix all over your counter. True story! If you leave it lid up you should be good to go. They do make delicious pancakes!

Nice size for 2. Been using product for years for at home and camping in lager size only use sm size one time worked good makes 4 pancakes with no leftover decent size

We camp a lot & these are perfect for our trips!

I bought these for my son so that he can easily make pancakes without making a big mess in the kitchen. He pours milk in it and shakes it to get it ready for frying. It's a quick and easy way to make pancakes. I am not sure it is worth the price. A bit expensive and it is sometimes difficult to get all the powder and liquid to be mixed well. Some of the powder sticks to the sides sometimes. But overall I will not hesitate to buy it again.
