I love using this pressure canner for venison. It has plenty of room for a good-sized batch, feels sturdy, and has worked really well for home canning. Once you get everything set up, it’s straightforward to use and makes preserving venison so much easier. I’ve been very happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone who does a lot of home canning, especially for meat.

As you can see from the video, the pressure gauge doesn’t change. It’s clearly built up steam as you can see in the video. I can’t get assistance as it’s closed for the holidays. I am disappointed. I’ve been waiting to purchase this product for 1 year. Finally bought it. I’m so sad. The manual was in pieces. The binding doesn’t hold the pages and the pages were scattered around in the box. It appears to be new. I don’t know what to think about that. I have watched numerous videos online and read the manual. I will have to see about an exchange of the product.I got a replacement and it is working great. The gauge works well. I’m so happy with it. It holds six jars on one level. It’s a really big pot. I recommend. Changed to 5 stars.

Não consigo usar, nem devolver. A borracha é maior que a tampa.

This is by far the easiest pressure canner on the market. I have never had anything happen to any jars. The built in weight onthe canner sets to the amount of pressure you want . Just by the dial. Turn it to 10pds once the dial on the guage reads a little over 1 I wait for the steady stream ofstreamto come out wait 5 min. Then I start my timer to the amount of time to process. Once done I turn off the burner until all the steam runs out. Then turn the dial to steam vent out the remaining steam 5 min then open and take out my jars. Never any guessing as far as when you add on the weights. This is built in the top

A minha panela veio com defeito no manômetro, só que ela foi aberta e quando chegou em casa estava de ponta cabeça na caixa e provavelmente por ter sido carregada de ponta cabeça quebrou o manômetro... Obs.. a panela é ótima devido ao descuidado quebraram ela..
