Q: What kind of battery dose take

Hi - the Bug Vacuum requires 4 x "AA" alkaline batteries. The Critter Barn requires 3 x LR55/AG13 Button cell batteries. Both readily available in stores or online.

Q: Removable capture nozzle wouldn't close all the way. It keeps turning and turning. Is it normal?

The Capture Core should screw on tightly and the internal magnifier with the gray turn handle on the outside should seal tightly. If you want to reach out and provide your order number, we will get you taken care of.

Q: Can adults use this or will Thierry fingers be too big? I'm scared of bugs, and I need this.

Yes, adults can use it but it only has enough suction for very small ,lightweight bugs so I wouldn’t recommend buying it. It doesn’t work for larger bugs such as grasshoppers or beetles. I wouldn’t buy it again even for a child.
