Evergreen HSHBTBK9012 Head Gasket Set Timing Belt Kit Compatible with/Replacement for 04-11 Subaru 2.5 SOHC EJ251 EJ253

I had the parts installed by a certified Subaru station and the timing belt failed - broke after 5800 miles, the belt was defective and should have not failed. The warranty was for one year 12 ,000 miles. Please confirm what the manufacture will cover for the repair. The entire motor had to be pulled and the heads now have bent values due to the new timing belt failure. I am happy to send the belt back to the mfg. for analysis, please confirm what cost will be covered for the repair. Bought a year ago and the timing belt ripped and bent the valves and now more of a mess than I started with the first time. Less than 10,000 since putting these parts on the car. Not worth the money or headache, learned my lesson with not going with factory parts.
