This is the best trailer lock I have ever seen.
This trailer lock is massive. It fits perfectly on my trailer. It leaves nothing exposed that a thief could exploit to remove it and steal the trailer. It also locks the latch down so it cannot be lifted up while the lock is on. The chain keeper works well and I have larger than usual hooks on the ends of the chains and they fit in there with room to spare. The compartment is also vented on the bottom to allow drainage if water gets in there. The keys are cut in such a fashion that duplication appears nearly impossible. I would recommend this lock to anyone who doesn't want their trailer stolen. It is a little pricey but very well engineered and heavy duty. Money well spent to protect thousands of dollars worth of trailer in my opinion!

Good quality lock. Put your chains inside the head as well. I would definitely recommend this lock. Worth the money.

Best Trailer Lock!
After having gotten the correct lock for my trailer, it fits like a well worn leather glove. Proven Industries paid for my return lock and sent me the new lock at no extra cost to myself. Thank you Proven Industries. I'll be a customer for life and I'll have your locks on my future trailers. From the various trailer locks I've seen, this is the best. Don't be cheap! Purchase this lock! It's well worth the investment and it's made in the USA! It's heavy. It's Solid. And it's got an orange locking mechanism!

Superior Construction
Solid construction. A little more pricey but definitely going to be worth it as this lock seems almost unbeatable. With this on my hitch and my RV behind my gate I feel pretty confident that would be trouble makers will move on and skip my house. Thank you “proven locks“!
