The rod-wall has a non-uniform thickness. Is the quoted thickness of 1.3mm the maximum or minimum?

Does it really matter. The item works great.

what is this black plug in the end of my pole that i can't remove? it's impossible to attach it to anything because the attachment holes are blocked!

The plug at the end is to prevent damage to the interface during transportation and can be unplugged and discarded. If you have any other questions, please contact us in time

What is the process for requesting a refund? Description says there is a guarantee and mine bent on first use skimming leaves off the top of my pool.

Go to your orders in your account and hit button to return then follow return sequences

I can’t remove the black cap/plug. It is stuck. Any advice?!?
