My shrimp love them. They went from staying in a ball to swimming around and crawling all over these. They love them! They look great in my aquarium as well. It’s easy to set up, boil, and place in the water. They’ll sink after a few days. It feels like real wood. I’m pretty sure it is. Great price for 3 of them compared to the store prices. These are also a good source of food for them. It’s a win win! You won’t regret buying them!

Followed the instructions and they were perfect for a 5 gallon tank. I did have the log sit in a gallon of water separate from the tank for a couple of days to get the main leach of tannins and have it soaked to sink into the tank when transfered. Other than that my shrimp love hiding in it and my snails also like it.

Very happy with this Cholla wood. Good quality and great value. It sank after soaking for a few days. My shrimp and assassin snails love hiding inside it.

The second i put these in my fish tank, my shrimps went crazy!! They love having these three wood pieces to crawl on. It’s perfect size for my shrimp!

Neocaridina shrimps love eating biofilm on it. A little brittle underwater as a small section of the wood collapsed. One of the pieces of wood was too small for them to hide within it.

I'm happy with my purchase. Perfect size for my shrimp, easy to clean, and it sank after 3 days. After boiling and scrubbing it, the beautiful color came out. I used two in one tank and the third one in another tank. I will definitely be buying more for my shrimp. Durability is amazing; it met its purpose and is safe for the aquarium. I feel it's a great value for your money once it sits in your tank and gives it a beautiful look.

Good size chucks of chola but they were so dirty. I boiled them three times and soaked over night three times and the water was still brown. Finally I got in w an old toothbrush and scrubbed the ever loving 🥰 out of them. Then boiled and soaked again. Now they're great! Perfect size and very sturdy thick pieces. Just wasn't expecting that level of work to get them ready for an aquarium.

I have read reviews saying this wood was dirty or fogging the water - this has not been my experience. I boiled and soaked it, as instructed and it is clean and pretty. It has been 3 days and still waiting for it to sink, however. It has partially submerged, so hoping in a couple more days it will sink to the bottom of our tank. The shrimp love it - I plugged the end hole so none of our smaller fish can get in and get stuck. Happy with it so far and will be much happier if it eventually sinks!

My shrimps are liking it.

Boiled them a little, then left them to soak to cut down on the initial tannin release and get them to sink. Two have sank no problem the other weighted down with a couple of plant weight strips. The shrimp love em. Usually only see a couple of shrimp in the tank at a time but within five mins 7 out of the 9 shrimp in the tank were all over them, even a few of my corydoras popped over for a look see. Worth the money in my opinion, delivery as stated, happy customer.

Update. Wir haben uns nochmals dieses Holz bestellt. Denke das erste Bild spricht für sich. ;) Meine Garnelen lieben dieses Holz. Wir haben es in 3x (2x 20 liter und 1 mal 35liter) Zu Anfangs sollte man es gut wässern in einem extra Gefäß weil es oben schwimmt aber sobald es unten ist...wunderbar. Meine Garnelis haben sogar das Holz schon abgeknabbert (helle Stellen) ich werde es definitiv wieder bestellen. Auch für freiwurzelpflanzen super geeignet. Sehr begeistert!!

Comme la plupart des autres acheteurs, j’ai eu beaucoup de travail de nettoyage à faire mais je suis super contente du résultat. Je les ai maintenu au fond avec une pierre, mais honnêtement, le 3e a calé tout seul au fond de mon autre aquarium dès le 2e jour (je l’avais bouilli++ et fais tremper au moins une journée en eau froide entre deux à trois nettoyage). J’aime beaucoup. Mes petites neocaridinas semblent avoir vraiment aimé cet ajout, elles s’y sont précipitées dans l’heure qui a suivie.
