GREAT, clean, pure chicken broth, safe amount of SODIUM, handy for recipes or if you have the flu.
GREAT, clean LOW SODIUM 17 oz chicken broth. It's kosher, so I know its manufacture was supervised, the chicken was healthy, the factory suitably clean, etc. I use in all those recipes that say "add chicken broth" (oh, sure, wait a minute while I whip up some chicken broth). If I make a soup, this might go into it. The low sodium is a must for me, as most prepared broths seem to have a lethal dose. I like to keep a few of these around in case I get a cold or flu & don't have the energy to make chicken broth from scratch. Also good for busy parents to have handy. It tastes fine to me, real chicken broth taste - no funny aftertaste - though I suppose it's not as rich (or fatty) as my homemade chicken soup with 3 or 4 lbs of chicken & a variety of vegetables including parsnip & fresh parsley, herbs, etc. simmered for a long time. I confess I like to buy it when it's on sale but the price is not unreasonable.

Really Has Chicken Taste
Most of the plain broth soups taste like onions. Would never know it was chicken soup. This one is lightly chickeny, no onion or celery taste overwhelming the chicken flavor. Have also used it as a base with the brands celephane packaged mushroom vegetable with only a bit of the seaoning package, sometimes with additional fresh mushrooms and/or carrots. Allmost no cleanup except for the pot, and just leave the vegetble package simmering for 2 hours while doing other chores. By lunchtime (or dinner) there's a whole pot of soup. Can add leftover chicken pieces, too. One problem with product is that it frequently is damaged & leaking all over each time we receive it. Packed very tightly. Had to cancel this subscript.

Best chicken broth on the market
I have been eating and serving Manischewitz chicken broth for decades. In my opinion, it is far superior to every other pre-packaged chicken broth. The low sodium variety is a nice benefit. Still plenty of flavor and not so salty.

Smaller than expected
The box is about half the size of soup boxes one typically sees in supermarkets. I should have checked, because photos often make a product appear bigger than it is. The three boxes will barely feed four people.

Best lower sodium chicken broth
I have tried many different brands of lower sodium chicken broth and this is definately the best.
