After awhile using it, I have to say, guys!!!! It works!!! I don't have a straight back for my whole life. I used to try so many ways to fix it but I didn't work, and, I decided to give this one a try cuz it's not that expensive. And guess what?! After almost a month wearing it every day for 4 hour, both me and my husband notice that my posture looks better than before, now it's not completely straight but it's getting there. I'm so happy, it really works!!

So I really really wanted to like this product, but I dont. It needs a lot of help in redesigning.1. It needs to be either gray or nude. I dont really want to walk around a store with this strapped on screaming "please stare at these weird straps on me - I'm a freak".2. Since we're doing it for posture, if you have the beginnings of a hump on your back it will slide up it constantly and not pull your shoulders back from the correct point. Which means there's no way I could hide this under a shirt no less on top.3. Most important flaw, it digs into your arm pits - bad! Yes it is padded but not enough. Plus the strap slips sideways off the pad. It needs a small piece of high tension elastic sewn in somewhere so when you actually have to put both arms forward (think passing a baby over) it just bites into that fleshy part on the front of your lower shoulder.

I was going to return the product since it didn’t seem to work. Initially, I tighten up the strips on the shoulders as the picture illustrated to where I think to best correct/straighten my posture. It appeared to just lift the shoulders up and my neck didn’t feel comfortable after a while. Then I tried to join the strips in front of the abdomen, which I think it helped improve my posture better than fixating the strips to the shoulders. So I am willing to give this another try to see if I get any result.

I'm a chronic sloucher. I tried this for two days and did not see how it could provide any posture correction. The part that goes down your spine only went down from my neck a few inches and all it seemed to do was pull my shoulders back, not straighten me out/up at all. Returned. It was easy to put on and adjust. I think this is more suited to a small child than an adult.

It’s said to be one size that’s adjustable for all, but had a tag saying “large” on it and it was actually too large for me. I tightened stripe to the shortest as possible, and still I’m not feeling my shoulder being stretched but rather it was just holding my armpit in a really uncomfortable way. If you are skinny, don’t buy it. Get something you can choose a smaller size.

The first use of back-back is very helpful to me, because I often do some work at home, and my back bends a little after a long time. After use, I feel a lot of improvement and help. It is recommended that someone like me Thanks for this product, thank you.

I have a teen daughter and it was hard to let her to keep correct posture while walking, sitting or studying until I bought this product for her. I was skeptical at first she may not like it and won't wear it. But I was wrong, it is very comfortable to wear and does not refrain her from doing what she does. She enjoys wearing it and even set a reminder to wear it every day. One thing we have to adjust for her is that she is very skinny and the Velcro hook strip position was too loose for her so we had to add another hook strip. Overall we love it.
