Fig Balsamic Vinegar

I used this on all sorts of things but my favorite use is on tomatoes, mozarella and basil along with good olive oil. Yumm! Tomatoes caprese are not as good without this this balsamic vinegar

I bought the fig balsamic vinegar many years before from a vendor. It lasted me 5 years. I drizzle it over cheese. So glad I found it here.

Damn is this stuff good. My family had been looking for a half-decent Fig Balsamic Vinegar, but bottle after bottle was full of disappointment and empty promises.This stuff delivers. It has a nice thickness to it, tastes amazing and goes extraordinarily well with a good extra virgin olive oil and some bread.

There is nothing in the world like the tastes of these balsamic vinegars. They are aged and reduced and reduced in the aging process. They are outrageously priced, but there is nothing in the world like them, and, it takes years and years to make that expensive vinegar inside that simple bottle. Enjoy, if you can afford it.Barry

Family favorite for salads and other vegetables.

Bought this item in Seattle a few years ago. Tried everything local and nothing compares. I'm hooked. Especially delicious on homegrown tomatos. Wish it was available in Ma.
