I've been taking 2 a day for nearly 2 weeks and I have to stretch my thinking to come up with "am I doing any better?( bloating, indigestion, etc) and came up with, I don't think so or maybe, not sure. I took another product before this and it had lessor CFU's AND Strains and taken only once a day and was much better. On to the next brand and hopefully better results.

Mine were all dead
I DID THE MILK TEST (as seen on YouTube) TO SEE IF THEY WERE IN FACT ALIVE. THEY ARE NOT. This upsets me because I got rid of the original package so I don't think I can return them and I purchased 2 bottles. Very disappointed.

I have IBS with constipation and this probiotic is amazing. I take 1 a day as directed but sometimes, when I'm having a flare, I take 2 and it seems to be working wonders for me!
