Wide Angle Lens for Sony ZV1 ULANZI WL-1 ZV1 18mm Wide Angle/ 10X Macro 2-in-1 Additional Lens for Sony ZV1/RX100 VII Camera

I've owned my Sony ZV-1 for years, but honestly, it had spent most of that time sitting in a drawer. I always felt a little limited by what I could capture with it. This lens has genuinely breathed new life into the camera and made me want to take it out again! I'm not a professional photographer, so rather than getting too technical I've uploaded plenty of actual photos I've taken with it. They're all straight from the ZV-1. These are exactly the sort of examples I wanted to see when I was deciding whether to buy it. The wide-angle difference is immediately noticeable. I've included two photos taken from the same spot, one with and one without the wide-angle lens. I tried to keep them as similar as possible and you can clearly see how much more of the scene fits into the frame. The macro has probably been the most fun. I've been photographing everything from moss and fungi to flowers and a Venus flytrap. I've been roughly 1–2 cm from subjects and focusing has been surprisingly easy and almost instant. To switch to macro you simply unscrew the wide-angle section, with the macro lens sitting underneath. Build quality is excellent. It's metal, heavy and feels like a genuinely substantial piece of kit rather than a cheap accessory. I measured the complete lens at 130.86 g. That weight does bring me to my only concern. The mounting ring attaches to the ZV-1 using a 3M adhesive pad. Fitting it was straightforward and it has stayed secure during my use, but having around 130 g hanging from an adhesive-mounted ring does make me slightly nervous.. Overall though, this has completely changed how I'm using a camera I'd almost forgotten about. Between the much wider view and being able to get right into tiny details with the macro, I'm having far more fun with my ZV-1 than I ever did before!

I took a flyer on this as it was specified for Sony ZV-1 and I wanted it (primarily for video) for a Lumix S5 (with a much larger sensor). I bought it to widen the view of a 24mm lens at full frame. It's frankly amazing. Nice sharp image, even at 4:3 full frame. Around the edges there's a little barrel distortion and a hint of chromatic aberration (although I think it's just amplifying what's already present in the host lens). An excellent purchase for not much money! Addendum: forgot to mention that I had trouble screwing it onto some lenses - thread pitch issue, I guess. I put a step-up/step-down adapter combo on it, which it threaded into effortlessly, and all's well. No noticeable effect on fov or quality. (see photo)

This product is amazing for the price. love the image quality. It's so easy to attach. I did have to purchase a step up ring to fit the 52mm diameter for my sony zv 1f camera. It is so versatile with the micro lens that comes with it. It feels like good quality metal, that will last. highly recommend

It’s a good lens, great wide angle, does what it says on the tin BUT It is a heavy attachment and after a while it does fall off. Each time I’ve reapplied one of the lens stickers. Now I’ve run out so I can’t use the lens and I can’t find any listing for replacements which isn’t great. So keep that in mind!

The lens is easy to attach but due to the weight, it does make you worry wether the adhesive is strong enough over a period of time to keep it on. So far, it's been on my camera for a couple of months and seems to be holding strong. The image quality is still great and I find it useful for vlogging. I have a YouTube channel so you can see the overall quality if you watch my videos in 1080p (Ajeossi Life). I found that the camera without the lens is just not wide enough for the kind of filming I do.

It doesn't do anything different to wide up the camera angle whatever the are advertising is not true don't trust this seller west of money

Haven't had chance to use yet . Spent ages getting adhesive ring off , too wide , it sticks lens together so it cannot extend . BEWARE

I bought this mostly for the macro lens and it works great. It's exactly what I needed to capture super close up product footage. People have mentioned that it is heavy and I agree. It feels like it's all made of metal except the front cover protector, and I'm quite surprised at the overall quality given that it isn't very expensive. It's this quality that makes the lens heavy though, but as mentioned before I'm mostly using this for the macro portion of the lens so hopefully I won't run into many issues. I'm a bit skeptical that it will stay mounted on as the 3m sticker is very thin, having said that it hasn't fallen off yet and they do give you a few replacement stickers, along with a cloth to clean the lens. I hope that there are no issues with it staying on because I'm very impressed with the overall quality and finish of the product, and don't want to have to look for an alternative.

Dieses Weitwinkelobjektiv lässt sich problemlos auf das Objektiv mittels eines Zwischenrings, der auf mein Kameraobjektiv aufgeklebt wird, aufschrauben. Der Weitwinkel bringt schon deutlich mehr Weite ins Bild, ohne das sich die Bildqualität verschlechtert. Ich bin mit dem Artikel sehr zufrieden.

De lens ziet er stevig uit en van goede kwaliteit. De lens geeft geen kwaliteitsvermindering in kleur of scherpte. Had ik al veel eerder moeten kopen.

Después me topé con un lente con otras características similares y a un mejor precio. Pero en general está bien

Está muy bien para el precio , si quieres sacarle más partido a tu cámara .
