They are very tasty.

PROS: * Texture. The chewy texture is almost as satisfying as the "real thing." More firm than it is soft. * Flavor. The flavors are a tad muted if you still ingest sugar on a regular basis. If you're already in ketosis and weened off of sugar, then the sweetness I think is on point. CONS: * Cost. Still quite a bit pricey for candy. But then, nothing keto is cheap; yet. If you are on the fence, don't be! Order them! The more of us that buy this product the quicker economy of scale will drive down price! :D * Serving Size. This isn't a con. This is just a little sadness... I'm always disappointed when I've gobbled up the last gummy bear. LOL. It happens a lot faster than you might think! Order these. They are a fun little treat at the end of the day and helps stave off keto relapses caused by extreme gummy bear cravings. ;)

It does not taste like real gummies, but it's good enough.

I've had a few of the Kiss My Keto candies and most of them are pretty good. I actually prefer them to Smart Sweets. But these gummy fish compared to the Smart Sweet ones are absolutely disgusting. I couldn't even finish a bag. Waste of $20 and they're all getting thrown out. The Sour bears are the best I've had so far, but the watermelon ones aren't terrible either. The berry bite ones are okay, but had one disgusting flavor, which is unfortunately the flavor of these gummy fish. I was hoping it would be the one really good flavor in the berry bite gummies, but alas it is not. __________________________________________________________________________________________________ EDIT: Kiss My Keto reached out to address my issues and concerns. Kind regards, Kiss My Keto". While a partial refund is appreciated since I didn't expect to get anything, it's pretty underwhelming to received a partial refund on a $20 product. Had it been a full refund, I would have just bought another item like the tropical rings to try. After this experience though, I'll never buy Kiss My Keto again. Which is a shame, because some of their products like the sour gummy bears and sour cola bottles are really good. But the lackluster remedy to reach out and waste my time for what I assume is maybe $10, is ridiculous. UPDATE: I was refunded $5.85...laughable.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The company that figures out how to make a sour gummy bears that has a very low glycemic load will have a license to print money. Unfortunately, Kiss My Keto has not cracked it with these sour bears. As gummy bears, they are just kind of fine. They are not as chewy as I would prefer but they no one expects an exact match to the H brand’s gold standard gummy candy. The flavors are just fine, nothing to write home about, but ok. That's all you can really say about it though. Where these fall flat is in the sour sand. I have a guess that they have gone easy on the citric acid because of a concern that it might contribute to blood sugar going up more than would be expected from something with this much fiber sweetened primarily with sugar alcohols but not fully sugar free. If that's the problem then they really should not have bothered. These are just not acidic enough to register as sour. Instead the sour flavor is more like fruit that isn't really ripe yet. A bit bland, a little it tart, but not the kind of pleasant sour you want from sour candy. Now, I readily admint Im a bit of an acid extremist. My kitchen is full of vinegars, citrus juices and tubs of malic citric and tartaric acids in food grade powders. When I splurge on sugars, I go for the sour you can only get from sour candies most people find inedible. So when I buy a sour candy, I want something that will make my mouth water an my lips pucker involuntarily. Still, I was not expecting that with this. i was hoping for something at the level of a now n later or sour punch straws, but id have been happy with sour patch kids or green apple jolly rancher levels of sour. These dont come close, and they are too much money for something that’s merely edible but misses the mark of the product description so much. 3 stars because if i just wanted a gummy, I think id be happy with this. But it isnt sour enough to put that word on the bag, so its a bit of a rip off for a merely ok gummy bear.

Delicious - very close to the original Swedish fish I loved as a kid. I’m a repeat customer now. Great addition to keto or diabetic lifestyle. Life is short, enjoy some candy.

I personally loved these. I am not a candy type of person, but trying to find something that I can eat as a snack on my Keto diet is difficult and these are delicious. I do find they do not have enough in one package for the price of $1.99 each. After only eating one bag I have not experienced issues having to go to the bathroom like others have commented. Maybe if I eat more than one or two bags. I would recommend this product, I just feel there should be more in a bag if you are having to pay $1.99 Cdn each.

Those candies are very tasty even though they are a bit sticky on the teeth. The packs are quite small so you might find yourself opening a second pack if you have a big sweet craving. Those are prefect for my keto lifestyle!!

If you want these as a quick snack-to-go, I highly suggest you cancel all your plans because the only place you’ll be going quickly, is to the bathroom. I initially bought these to try as a snack but after discovering their powerful poopy side effects, I now use them solely to cleanse my guts. They do a 5 star job if that. I would not recommend eating these around people or in any kind of public setting unless you’re into public humiliation (I don’t k!nk shame) and strongly advise against eating them while driving/ on a road trip or you’ll be leaving skid marks on more than just the road. But if you’re looking for a yummy way to evacuate the deepest depths of your bowels, these are a wonderful option! Happy dumping! :)

It was okay, I don’t really know what I was expecting for 70 calories per bag but they weren’t particularly great. Some tasted ok but others tasted really weird, kinda like the way a skunk smells it that makes sense. Wouldn’t buy again.

If you are a candy whore like me, you’ll love these! I personally think these are FAR better tasting than the Smart Sweets but everyone has their own tastes. These are just the right size bag, far lower in carbs than SS, and only 40 calories a bag! When I’m wanting a treat this is my go-to because I love jujubes, pull-n-peel, sour gummies.....you name it.
