Uncomfortable
I can’t wear them for too long , they start hurting my heels . One size fit all ? How ? They either too tight or too loose to where if you don’t have it on right they start rolling. I hate them honestly .

Good idea not perfect
Good idea not perfect they do move around so it's slightly awkward even with the stretchable band. but as the day goes on it feels a bit better. If you're on your feet long periods of time it's not worth it the band broke exactly 30 days

Increases height
I mainly got this because I have a motorcycle that I tippy toe on and this helps me gain a few inches so i could flat foot on my motorcycle. I wouldn’t suggest wearing it for a long time as it does start to get really uncomfortable.

The heel stays on in form fitting shoes.
I liked the fit and feel of the heel. But I have to wear a form fitting shoe for it to stay tight on my foot.

Terrible
The support is terrible, it actually hurt my heels more than not wearing anything at all. The “sock” that holds the heel padding is soo soft, as you put your socks on, it rolls and bunches.
