the look is great; both keyboard and mouse work perfectly. the feel is not so great in term of quality. But hey no mistake it is cheaper and better than any microsft or other expensive keyboard you can find out there

Quality is good. Seems to be sturdy and a bit heavy. Doesn’t give out loud noises when using. Overall, am happy with the item.

It was quiet disappointing to see the product not functional when i received my order, but then i had reached out to the customer care of Joyaccess to understand on resolution, the team provided me quick responses on my queries and instant resolution on replacement/refund and tried to understand the issue i faced with the product not being functional. I am very impressed with the quick resolution of the team and would highly recommend people to go for this brand as the after sale service is excellent.

The keys are not responsive. A few keys I have to hard press them to actually work. It has been barely 3 months since I purchased this product. Not satisfied with the overall quality of the product. Maybe, I was sold a defective piece. I will give it a single star only. If I had a choice, I would give 1/2 a star. Disappointed.

the product is made out of keyboard and a mouse.The mouse is fantastic.The keyboard is a bit small and arrows keys are very difficult to use. The CTRL button doesn't seem to work well, it is laggy often and won't work well if you will be using it often.It might be my bad keyboard.seller wanted a video to prove that there's something wrong while I just bought it a bout a week ago.They won't provide me with the warranty terms they promised (i.e. replacing it). but product is OK, it is just the CTRL key is awful.better buy another product

I tested several other keyboards as I need a proper low-profile quiet one, and I believed that this one would probably be of poor quality.After many disappointments, I finally tried it and I am happy with it. The size is great - full size, but still compact and without unnecessary buttons I never use. Typing feels good, key height too. It’s not noiseless, but quiet enough for me, especially after trying 5 others, including Logitech MX Keys.

This product is beyond amazing! Absolutely stunning in every way—I'm genuinely in awe! The quality is just next level, and it’s incredibly nice to use. Couldn’t ask for more! ✨🔥

Second time buying this and the mouse keeps wondering around the screen. It’s highly frustrating. Keyboard is fine and enjoy this product other than this one issue with the mouse.

Because of the current situation, I need to work from home for quite a long period thus was looking out for a good keyboard and mouse set so to work more efficiently. I have been using this set for a week already, no issues so far and thinking to leave a review for those who are also looking out to buy the keyboard and mouse set.I ordered this set and it arrived in 2 days in very good packaging. The setup process is very easy, only one usb receiver is needed and you can use both mouse and the keyboard. I am using a WINDOWS 10 machine, no driver needs to be installed. After plug in the usb receiver and in about 2-3 mins, I am able to use the mouse and keyboard. Very convenient for people whose laptop is short of usb port.Both of the keyboard and the mouse are light weighted, but not too light to slide easily on my table. They all take AA batteries, 2 for keyboard and 1 for the mouse. You don't need a mouse pad to use it together with the mouse, it can slide easily around the tabletop.The keyboard is very sleek and pretty, giving you a well-made look & feel. The sound of the keyboard is just nice, not too loud. The color on the keyboard is silver for the base and white for the key. The keyboard has a number pad also.I would recommend this set and overall i am happy about this purchase.

I ordered my USB receiver because my previous one that came with my keyboard and mouse had been misplaced. When I initially searched for it online I was u able to find it. But then I found the email address for the customer service department and I sent them an email. I was pleasantly surprised when they emailed me back within two hours, with the link for the replacement and instructions on how to set it up once it arrived. The item arrived and it worked right out of the box, no setup was required. I’m still impressed when I receive excellent customer service , they were on point.

I've had this mouse and keyboard set for about a month now and initially, I really liked it. I even had a friend who bought the same one and complained about it and I told her I didn't have any of the issues she did. Well, I spoke too soon.I love how neat this keyboard is and I love all of the color options but this set LAGS. The mouse will just straight up freeze to the point where I have to turn it off and on a few times and slowly the keyboard has been starting to do the same thing. It probably wouldn't bother me but I'm a writer by profession so I am typing literally all day. At least a few times an hour I have to stop and turn the keyboard on and off to try and get it to work smoothly. I'm surprised I was able to type all of this without having to do so!Anyway, it's a decent and good price product but just be warned if you're easily frustrated. There is lag and the only way to get rid of it seems a good ole' fashioned reboot.UPDATE: We are now at a month later and the keyboard just straight up doesn't workUPDATE: Seller offered me a refund but after swapping out my adapter, it seems to be working now!
