First, I have to admit that this product did not work for me. However, when I told Bee Friendly that the product did not work, they issued me a full refund immediately. I did NOT ask for a refund. They simply sent me an email asking about my experience with their product and I responded curtly with, "Your product didn't work for me." I was a bit agitated when I sent my message to them because I'm so eager to get rid of my acne problems. But despite the fact that this acne spot treatment didn't work on my stubborn acne, the Bee Friendly customer service team treated me kindly and issued an unprompted refund. I should also say that while the spot treatment didn't work on me, it didn't cause any drying, peeling, or other adverse effects either. I would highly recommend this seller and I hope their products work for you.

This product works immediately, period... 10 stars for that... Unfortunately, after some major use the solution stated to smell and become classy cloudy... See the applicator is a roller ball so if the face is not clean then it would pick up the bacteria then roll it back into the solution, thus contaminating it/spoiling the product... Me, I used it throughout the day, so washing my face was not always possible for the multiple daily applications...Otherwise, this is an amazing product and looking forward to it being repackaged into another applicator...I paid for this product in full... I bought this for my teenage daughter. We have used similar products with success. The pimples definitely go away so well done for that! However, it is too strong for her. It leaves a red mark, almost like a chemical burn for quite awhile. We cannot continue to use it. I would recommend it for skin that is excessively oily or at least not sensitive.

Wow. Didn't think this would actually work for my daughter's acne-prone forehead. Noticeable improvement. The roller is an easy application and the smell is pleasant. We will be buying this again.

I really like this Acne Spot treatment, it is easy to apply, does not sting and seems to help with the healing of the acne spots. I did not experience any skin irritations using this treatment. I have only used it for a week and will continue to use it. As a teenager I had an acne face lotion containing witch hazel and it really helped my skin.

After buying and loving their eye cream I ordered this spot treatment and the honey facial mask. I was having a breakout when it arrived so I started using it immediately. Applied several times the first day and before bed....next morning my breakout has almost disappeared! By day 2 it was completely gone.
