This laptop case is HUGE. It's very lightweight on its own and holds my 17.3 laptop perfectly and so much more. For the price, I wasn't expecting very much...just a way to carry all of the things that go with my computer. The "egg crate" slot will a velcro tab will most certainly protect my laptop. I was very surprised to find that I now have more room than I really need. I can take my computer, all of the charging cables for it, my phone, lots of pencils and pens. I can also take my tablet with its case and keyboard, and my external hard drive and so much more.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this case. Others have said that they didn't really care for the way the long strap attaches diagonally, but I find this is not a problem. It actually makes the case stay closer to my side when carrying it.I would purchase this again. It makes a perfect gift for anyone that travels a lot. Thanks for making the perfect product for me.

When I got the bag it was nicely packaged, with plenty of care, it looked and smelled really nice, like leather should. At first i keep asking my family, "Does it looks like a woman's handbag?", maybe I was a bit apprehensive being the big guy I am, but everyone told me it look unisex, ehemmm. To me it still looks a bit like a woman's bag, but that is me and my insecurities probably. I think is well made and looks good with plenty of space inside for the usual stuff I carry to the office. Only concern I have is the big zipper on top sometimes is a bit hard to start opening, it get's stuck on some fabric below it and feels hard, a little bit of Vaseline on the zipper track should take care of that, aside from that not a bad looking bag for the price.

I have an MSI GT72s Dominator Pro laptop with dimensions of 16.85" x 11.57" x 1.89". The 1.89" is at the rear of the laptop but it fits in the bag no matter if it is bottom or top first (Front is a bit narrower). I also keep a USB mouse transmitter in one side port at all times which adds an additional .25" in width for the width of a USB port. The laptop fits well (with or without the mouse dongle) although I think it is near the max capacity of the bag. You may need to tuck the corners in when zipping but it does fit and I would rather have a snug fit from a protection standpoint rather than slop. You are not stretching the zippers to fit in the corners, you would only scratch your PC when zipping if you don't do the tuck.My use is as a portable desktop rather than a gaming PC so I was looking for a bag allowing use as business and intermittent travel. I believe this will fit the bill well. The quality is excellent. Watch the video from another reviewer which helped me take a chance on this bag. I am glad I did. If you wanted this as a gaming bag and plan to carry a headset and other gear, it would probably fit when expanded. I am over 50 and won't use it this way.I have used a leather targus case for 15 + years on smaller laptops and the design of this bag is very similar other than being made of a canvas material. The "Pocket" the video reviewer did not understand on one side is for sliding over carry on retractable suitcase handles. This has nice feet on the bottom, expands in the middle if you need to carry more, and the handles and the strap attachments seem sewn in well. The metallic hardware (zipper pulls and strap clasp assemblies) are metal non magnetic (Aluminum?). The bag has zippers (plastic I believe but robust) on all pockets so nothing can fall out. There is plenty of room for the PC, power brick, and reasonable file storage for travel. The second "File" zone also has about .25" padding at the bottom and I can take the MSI in the PC section, a work PC Dell Latitude 6420 (14" screen with overall dimensions of 13.86 x 9.49 x 1.06~1.28) in the file section, and some files and both PC power bricks when I travel. I like that the shoulder strap crosses at a diagonal as I think this is easier to manage larger laptops and bags.If you are an attorney with many files and plan to carry a lot of weight in addition to the weighty PC, long term usability MAY degrade the bag quicker however this is not my planned use.I will update the review as I gain some run time with the bag and more travel but this is a great fit for my use. Highly recommended!

This isn’t a laptop case. This is basically a tablet sleeve, with no padding. It doesn’t even fit my 16” laptop in it. And even if I was able to cram it in there, there’s no place for the power cord much less a legal pad. This isn’t even a briefcase. Very disappointed.

I purchased this laptop bag before my new laptop was delivered...I live life on the edge! Perfect fit for my 17" gaming laptop, external disk drive, and so much more! I am very pleased with the amount of padding protecting my electronic as well. All around a good find for the price.

One of the bags we got had a zipper issue and it was replaced. I like the room, storage and durability of the bag. That said, I have not tested it for water resistance.

Terrific! Exactly as described. The only improvements I would want would be for the strap not to attach diagonally (and wish it had a more grippy coating) and I would love an external pocket for a water/sports bottle.

It's perfect! It's light weight, good looking and the size is exactly what I was looking for. Not too small, not too large. It looks professional enough to bring it to work. I love the color (Coffee). It fits my Mac Book Pro 13". Superb!
