My son is 6'5 and weighs 220lbs. He normally wears XL Tall or 2XL Tall, but these sweats run very big. The large size fit him best with more than enough room, and the length was just as good as "tall" sizing. I ended up purchasing a pair in every color! Review: If you're a female looking for baggy high waisted sweatpants, these are it - I'm 5'2'' 110 lbs and I've been looking for the perfect sweatpants for awhile. I like the men's hanes, but they're so cheap looking. Too much polyester and they look worn way too fast. These, in an XS, are the perfect sweatpants for me. The waist actually fits me without having to tighten them at all. Every other pair I've bought have been so huge in the waist. And then I have to tighten the drawstring so much they just look ridiculous and feel uncomfortable. My waist is like 23 - 24'' for reference. They're a bit long on me, but that's perfect because I can pull them up high on my waist and they still fit baggy like I wanted. I can't say for sure how well these would fit a man's body, but the waist could stretch another 5'' at least.

Relaxed elastic cuffs
Excellent quality material (thick!) and excellent workmanship on the construction! Size is TOO large, but it did shrink when I washed it. Am hoping that it shrinks a bit more when I wash it again soon. But for me, the really bad part is that the elastic cuffs are what Champion calls "relaxed". This is not listed as a feature of these sweatpants. What "relaxed" means is "very loose" such that if you are walking barefoot your foot is drowning in the fleece material which you are actually walking on -- it is so "relaxed" that there might as well be no elastic sewn into the cuff at all!

One size down then wash!
90% cotton on blk ones! So warm and cozy!!! Get one size down then wash right away because they do get a little small after washing them. They fit 2 sizes to big to start with but after a hot water and high heat dryer it fits alot better.

cheap, don't hold up
Loved these pants - UNTIL I washed them. They came out of the washer with a big hole in the crotch. And I didn't dry them, I hung them to dry. Apparently they are made CHEAP. very disappointed. I can't sew unfortunately, so I'm stuck. And before I washed this pair, I had already ordered another pair in grey because I loved how they fit so much. probably will send the grey pair back without even wearing, don't want to risk those also getting a hole when I wash them.

Too big
Bought for my son for gym class. He tried on and they are extremely long. He’s about 5’6 150 lbs. Looks good for the price though. Just a sizing issue

Real heavy weight cotton, very comfortable
One of the things I noticed when I picked them up they are heavy because the thick 90 percent cotton..has a nice fit, thick cotton at last!. I have other champion sweatpants made of a 55 percent cotton blend also but the 90 percent cotton ones are the best. Very expensive, but worth it.

Baggy but warm
I really like the overall quality of these sweatpants, but WOW, the legs are so baggy! The rest of the fit is relatively generous. Since these are for wearing only around the house, I can live with them. They are quite comfortable and very warm.

Heavy great quality fabric.
These are of the best quality sweats I’ve ever bought. Even at much higher price this Level of quality is not always found. These are a very heavy very cozy cotton. The size I ordered was extra large and it’s more extra large than I actually needed. I think it’s a big fitting item. I may return or pass them to family that fits them . Definitely a good purchase. I’ll be ordering the smaller size for sure.

Order a size down
Bought 2 sizes bigger than needed since I was buying them online but definitely didn’t need to. The ones that arrived were almost as tall as I am. We reordered after looking at the reviews and ordered a size down and they fit perfectly. So I would recommend getting a size down, even then they are going to be baggy.
