I started taking this in early May 2023.This is like a wonder drug for me. I feel superhuman, but that is probably because I've spent my life with thiamine deficiency - feeling like I was barely alive.I'd compare my experience to Bradley Cooper in Limitless.I have 50% more mental capacity. I'm able to digest. I can breathe fully, I don't experience air hunger.I can exercise for hours and hours on end and never tire, where before I'd be drained after 5 minutes and spend the rest of my day recovering. My nerve pain is gone, my eczema is gone, my anxiety, depression, paranoia, panic attacks are gone. The benefits are endless.Obviously I've spent my life being chronically unwell and I nor any doctor could find the cause. I was told it was psychosomatic. I nearly died many times because of the delay with inhalation (out of my control). I nearly died from psychosis and depression. And then I accidentally came across this thiamine deficiency information.And just like that I have a life worth living.I don't need to take much of this. I also have added in TTFD, which has increased stability.Even though this has helped me so much, I still need to be vigilant with the associations of the psyche. Our nervous system is constantly making associations to things to try and keep us safe. This can ruin you if you let it take over. If I have a negative side effect to a supplement I have to tell myself that all is well. Usually then the side effect will melt away. If I'm complacent I end up incapacitated.
