This is an excellent ointment to use for burns which I have purchased before and like to keep on hand.

Pure magic! This burn cream is absolutely fantastic. It is a necessity for every first aid kit and kitchen. We have purchased this multiple times over the years due to how effective it is. The first time I utilized it, I was camping with friends. It had been raining, and someone had left the chairs too close to the fire. I grabbed one of the chairs to move it away from the fire and unbeknownst to me, the plastic had melted. It melted to my hands and the pain was horrific. A friend had this burn cream on them, and upon rinsing my hands in cold water I applied the burn cream and put on some nitrile gloves that were in the first aid kit. The next morning, I did not have any blisters, and my palms were pink and tender but there were no burns. On further occasions I have seen application completely remove blistering and in places that were missed scarring left behind. Don't even question this purchase, do yourself a favor and add it to your first aid kit.

Recently got a pretty bad 2nd degree burn on two of my fingers from spilling boiling liquid on my hand while wearing cotton gloves. The gloves soaked up the liquid and held it against my skin for the second or two it took me to rip them off. The accident burned three of my fingers, two really bad. Not the first time I've gotten second degree burns on my hands from kitchen work. This time however, I had this stuff and immediately applied it after rinsing with tap water and drying. Last time I had intense pain for hours that took days to completely subside. I tried topical ointments and sprays but the pain persisted. This time the pain was completely gone within two hours and noticably better after a few minutes. Further, I was sure all three fingers would blister, but the one that didn't get it quite so badly didn't blister at all. The two that did looked pretty gnarly for about a week, but there was no pain and they healed fast with no scars. It's not magic, but it's way better than any thing else on the market.

A must have if you are in constant fight with the oven. Works magic!!!

I am very satisfied with this cream. My burns healed up in just about five days.
