One month of constant use I am impressed each day I use it. I wish I bought it years before. Life is way much easier since I am a person who doesn't like cooking. I boil eggs in less than 4 minutes, rice 12 , beef 25 minutes so fast and easy with a great test. In fact I bought an 8L for my family and they are very happy as well

We have been using the Nutricook Smart Pot almost every day for the last one and a half years, and it has been extremely reliable. The build quality is solid, the cooking results are consistent, and it has made daily meal preparation much easier. Overall, it’s a very good product and definitely worth recommending.

I bought this , but I don't know how to cook, funny right?

The product had a serious issue on first use. After about one minute, there was a spark/burst sound from the socket switch area and my home breaker tripped. Although the unit now turns off using the cancel button, it shows error “HE110,” which clearly indicates an internal electrical fault and raises serious safety concerns. In addition, the packaging appeared to be opened, and some accessories (like spoons) were missing, which suggests it may not have been a brand-new unit. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this product. (specially form this seller). I have requested a refund.
