I've tried at least 7 different brands. This is the best.
This pops the best, has the fewest husks, and tastes great. Runner up would be the Amish brand that comes in burlap. The only complaint I have is Amazon doesn't pack it well. They toss it in a box or envelope. It breaks. Amazon will refund you if you contact them though. I just wish they'd wrap it in bubblewrap. I appreciate that this brand is still using glass instead of plastic, Amazon just needs to account for that.

Popcorn of immortality
Having tried other popcorn brands on the market, I was interested in buying a new brand to spice things up. I came across this popcorn thanks to Amazon's search results and high star rating. I decided to give it a try since it had raving reviews. When it arrived I was expecting gold light to shoot out of the box and bathe me in a gastric glow that would leave my kitchen moaning for a taste. Instead I found an unassuming jar filled with kernels. I placed them next to the stove as I prepared my pan with coconut oil (personal preference of course). I dropped a kernel in and waited for the signs of life to explode in the pan. The time came and I was ready with my scoop of awesomeness. I let the golden nuggets drop melodically into the pan and let the lid land with expert precision. Stirring the pan around occasionally I glanced down at the little beads, filled with expectation. One pop...two...three...The kernels hopped excitedly like bunnies out of a box. I quickly turned the heat off and snatched the pan before the popcorn could burn and let them cascade into a bowl waiting nearby. At first glance they were ordinary. A common household snack found in almost any kitchen. I grabbed my Himalayan Salt and sprinkled it on lightly, letting the dust tickle the popcorn's head. I took my bowl to the couch and flicked on my anime. I grabbed a handful without putting much thought into it and shoved it unceremoniously into my mouth. I was instantly ashamed of my action and filled with dire regret. The sweetness mixed with salty and a hidden scent of ancient days passed washed over me. I gazed into the bowl and tried a single piece. My mouth closed around it and my saliva ran freely. Ecstasy washed over me and I was transported back to the days when nature was the supreme ruler. I sat in an enchanted forest as fairies danced and brought me delights of their ancient magick. I blinked and was back on my couch, staring at the bowl. It's contents were consumed in under 4 minutes. It is safe to say that this is a worthy purchase only for those that have the time to be transported into a dream with their tongues dancing in shameless joy. When the jar is empty, you can store your tears as you wait for your next shipment to arrive.

This popcorn is simply not tender and doesn't have as much flavor as heirloom
I'm spoiled for the heirloom Tiny But Mighty. The White Cat Corn make "hard" popcorn and seems empty of flavor in comparison. I think the unpopped kernels are rock hard. I'm sticking with TBM heirloom.

Needed another jar immediately - so good!
This may be "the one" e.g. am working my way through every brand of unpopped popcorn Amazon carries. None of them have been "bad" per se, but when I read that the Washington Post and another paper had rated White Cat "the best" I had to order.I pop corn all the same way - preferably in high smoke point peanut oil in Ikea's Oumbarlig 5 quart stockpot; butter/margarine and Hill's tasty white cheddar powder (I don't know what the mania is for "tasting like the movies" as theater popcorn I've had often sits in my stomach like a bowling ball and isn't all that) - but ANYWAY -Differences in popcorn may be subtle but OMG - I tasted freshness, and subtle hints of sweet corn with White Cat. If I ate my popcorn plain, this would be the brand. At least the first jar of this I got. Big fluffy pops w. few unpopped kernels that were crispy-tender. SO GOOD. Even with the high ship cost, I put in a second order, but I don't fault the seller as it was well-packed and shipping costs HAVE gone up. I just need to find a local source for this (some place; maybe I should just drive to the factory LOL) because I blew through the whole jar so fast. I'd rather pay a bit more and enjoy a popcorn this delicious. Plan to keep on with my "survey" - I need to try Snappy brand next - but I plan to have White Cat on hand anyway as long as it's this quality. Best I have tried so far!

Movie Theatre Style Popcorn in Glass Jars
We love this popcorn. It pops almost all kernels. White Cat reminds me of movie theatre popcorn. The popcorn comes in glass jars, and is shipped by Amazon. You can save the jars and call WhiteCat for the popcorn in bulk, then refill your empty jars.Problem I’ve had is the way in which I have received 2 out of 2 orders. Each delivery arrived with broken jars of WhiteCat strewn throughout the box. GLASS JARS and NO wrapping PROTECTION.After my first complaint about the broken jars, I assumed their would be no further issues. WRONG.1st Order: 1 of 2 jars in the box broken. (Could not find the photo)2nd Order. 2 of 3 jars in the box broken.Box of nitrile gloves in this order was separated from the glass jars with puffy air pack.Item is not returnable, only refunded.

A great popping corn
This product always pops nice and fluffy and tastes great. Been using it for 12 years and would be hard-pressed to try something else.

White Cat Popcorn - big disappointment
I used to love White Cat but the kernels were small and tasteless.
