Review: Great Buy - This is perfect steamer for household use. While other steamers advertised a larger water tank (thus longer runtime between refills) , the size of the tank on this one is fine. I get 6 shirts worth of steam before a refill is needed. Out-of-box assembly was super easy, I was able to get started on clothing within 10 minutes. The size makes storage convenient...just tuck into corner of laundry room or utility closet. The clip accessories are useful, as is the brush attachment. Power supply cord is about five feet long so the unit can be located away from furniture and walls while in use. The clip attachment, advertised as helpful for creases, isn't as strong as I'd like and took a few passes and I would definitely buy a mitt or ironing glove for clothing seams...it was difficult to get curled edges on shirts flat without one.
Review: Great steamer, you won't be disappointed! - Had my other steamer for 4 months and finally gave up. I steam most of my clothes. This steamer is awesome. Easy to assemble, great features and sturdy. So happy I picked this one! Easy to move, clean, and use! You won't be disappointed! Speed: Plug in and ready to go in a few minutes! Wrinkle removal: Removes wrinkles with ease. Value for money: I use an industrial steamer at work and this works just as well and heats actually way faster! Water capacity: I can steam around 8 items before I have to refill. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Features and reviews. Works well: Easy to use!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What type of water should I use on my steamer?**
A: We highly recommend using distilled water to prolong the life of your steamer and to prevent mineral build-up caused by hard water (tap water).

**Q: The steam is weak**
A: The GS49 Garment Steamer has 1500 watts of powerful steam. Please make sure to connect it to an outlet by itself with no other appliances. Make sure that the outlet can support 1500 watts.

**Q: I just got my steamer and the steam hose is really stiff.**
A: The hose is made with dual-insulated material to regulate temperature and once you start using your steamer, the hose will become softer.

**Q: The water leaks from the steamer.**
A: Please make sure that the water tank cap is securely attached to the water tank. If it's not attached correctly, the water will not drain properly and would leak.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Investment!
*by J***C on April 17, 2024*

This is my first steamer and I picked it because of the pedal control due to my back issues. It also matches our house decors because of the gold and black color. I love how the steam is very strong and the product looks and feels super high quality, like very premium looking! The steam is super strong and it heats up fast. I think that it's a good deal for your money because the price is fair and the quality is superb. I love the length of the retractable power cord. It's also easy to store in our closet!
