The chair is pretty comfortable. A little problem closing the foot portion after reclining. Massage is a little on the mild side (Personal Choice). The heater puts out a nice warm feeling. Well worth the price.

Nice chair, but only if it's the right fit
Great chair - but you have to be small or at least thin. My boyfriend is around 6' tall and, while he has broad shoulders, he is average (muscular but thin) and loves the fit of the chair. On the other hand, we purchased the chair from my aunt since her boyfriend found it uncomfortably small, due to his weight more than height. Vibration and heat settings are awesome, and he also enjoys the rocking and swiveling.
