Go try one out before you buy one!
This little thing is one of my favorite amplifier I've ever owned. It's got massive punch. The 1,5,20, zero, is absolutely amazing feature.Boost, lead, overdrive, o.m.g. it's got super clean tone. I'm running it threw a 25 watt GREENBACK. GUITAR PRS, CUSTOM FACTORY with super HOT PICKUPS, STRATOCASTER PROFESSIONAL II.I could go on and on about this amp. Until you try it you will never know. GO out and give one a test drive. It from GERMANY!!! They know what they're doing.

Awful
Ummmmmmm. I own a tweed blues jr and a vox ac15 and boss katana 50 from when they first came out. I tried this to run some wet dry an stereo setups. Has no voice if it’s own. Sounds like a HK and I’m not sure what that is. I’m used to amps having a tone. This amp will do mid gain. Not enough to shred. W pedals it struggles. I get my fender and vox to destroy this playing hard stuff and I play more blues jangly type music w Strats and teles. And it just doesn’t have the eq voiced well. I would take a extra blues jr all day I returned this and actually didn’t replace it. As I have 3 good amps and monitors runnings plug ins and those sound better to me then HK. I bought bc Fx loop is something I thought I needed for years and I realize I don’t. I like vintage style amps way better and this is a modern amp imo no soul in the tone. Pedals are not ideal

Perfect for Home Studio
This is a great, affordable option for the home practice and recording. Most proper tube amps are over $1,500, but with this coming in around $800 on sale it's well worth the money.

Sent mine back
Not the worst but not the best. Hard to balance the channels with one EQ shared. If you’re only looking for a single channel device, then you could probably get away with it. But what happened to their website as what I wanna know?

Great amp!! Versatile in every way imaginable
This amp is fantastic! For recording purposes it's amazing, I haven't played it out live but if you mic up your cab, that 20 watts goes a long way and or DI to the front of house. It's awesome.

Quite versitile for a 20w
Great entry level tube/valve head! Clean has decent headroom in 20w mode, but boosted lead is lush with harmonics galore. I have it paired with a Celestion G12M Creamback.

after 2 years had a issue
I had the tube mister 20W it was great for 2 years then a hissing noise I Tok it to 3 different repair places and they couldn't fix it they called al of the factory reps and no reply I paid like 1200$ for this it basically was junk I felt that they don't care about their aftermarket service , so ill never speak good go H&K ever they are actually made in CHINA not Germany ANY WAY BE WARNED
