Since using this pillow I have only seen my chiropractor once, for a pre-booked appt, and even he noted the difference in my spine. The pillow has helped to align me massively and I can sleep on my back or my side using the pillow and my back is comfortable. It’s weird getting used to it as a concept as it’s not your expected “soft fluffy pillow” but once you do you won’t want to go back to using “regular” pillows ever again. I ordered the smallest size but I think I will invest in the larger one in the future as well to see what difference it makes. 100% would recommend.
