**Q: How do you empty the water tank please**
A: Open the blue tab and tip the cleaner over until the hole is underneath.  The water comes out fine.  You dont need a tube as it says in the instructions.

**Q: Would this work on car upholstery? It has mould and I’m looking for a solution.**
A: No I don't think it would work on upholstery unless it has been scotch guarded for protection i only use mine on windows inside and out, regards

**Q: Does this plug in at the mains for recharging?**
A: Yes plug it into the mains for charging.

**Q: Why does it take 5 months to despatch**
