Only had it for 12 hours and ready to review.This was a spur of the moment purchase as always wanted to add a full sized barbell to my home gym for the days I did not workout at the gym or else where. There a quiet a few on Amazon and after looking at the top 20 options I went with this one due to the overall reviews, good specs, true to weight and size, and overall construction.Shipping was perfect. Came in a 7ft tube right to the door and easy to take out and use right away.Fair warning. Like any metal that is machined, there might be a few lingering metal flakes that could be sharp and cause splinters. Mine had plenty of machine oil/grease that is used to protect the bar. I highly recommend grabbing some high quality cleaning wipes and wiping the bar down until it drys “flat black” with no shine. Your hands will have a little freeze smell for the first few lifts but it will go away in time. You could wear gloves, however, soap and water removes it.I also recommendOther then that minor bit, the bar is to spec weight and size, smooth bearings, fit all my 2” plates, and love the black coated bark over my chrome/steel versions.

Look, this bar is better than it has any business being at this price point. I needed to upgrade my bars (Dick’s specials from the beginning of lockdown) and didn’t have the funds or patience to wait for something like Rogue, so I figured it was worth a shot. I could always return it if I hated it, right?Color me IMPRESSED. This bar is much better quality than any sub-$200 bar has any business being. The knurl is JUST aggressive enough to glue it to your hands, but not “tear your callouses off” sharp. The sleeves are only slightly ridged (almost smooth) and spin freely. The bar came extremely well packaged and arrived in just a few days. I have since ordered 2 other bars from this company. Need a good bar, fast,, on a limited budget? Look no further.

I took a chance with this item, as it had no reviews or ratings when I purchased. At $230, it was a great price for the stats listed. I decided to take the plunge because it had free shipping with Prime, so I figured I'd just return it if it sucked.It's great! Weighed in at 43.6 lbs, which I can live with, and it's extremely solid and well made. Sleeves spin nicely, mine came oiled. Measures the correct length at 86.5 in. It's essentially a $300+ bar for much less.

This barbell is exactly as described. It's solid, well balanced, the sleeves have good spin, and it has excellent grip. To get a bar similar to this with these specifications from a company like Rogue would cost about $500. I'm glad I got one before they sold out!

Excellent Olympic barbell. Love the way it feels when you grip it - your hands stick like they’re glued on. And the black coating looks better and tougher than traditional chrome or stainless. Very happy.

For what it's price, this is a great add to the home gym. Bar is exactly as describe and after several months of hard use, it's standing up really well. Glad I bought!

Product was as described, good quality. Paint finish was a little uneven on the griping surface but nothing that inhibits it’s use.Price paid $125

Was amazed by how well this bar is built for the price. I was expecting somewhat cheap but it is extremely solid so far. The curves are somewhat shallow so if you're looking for something with steep curves then this might not be for you, otherwise it is perfect
