I am recovering from lyme disease. After taking Nature's Way 100 mg CoQ10 capsules once per day for a few months, I was able to graduate to taking 1 of these twice a day. They really helped reduce brain fog and improve memory issues. They also taste great which is fantastic, since I am still off of most forms of sugar. But, I can tolerate the fructose in these. I actually look forward to taking these each day which should explain how good they taste :-). Highly recommend.

I love this product. It is delicious and the easiest way I have found to get my CoQ10. My only complaint is how expensive it is so I took off one star for that. The recommended dose for me is 400 mg per day. At $60 for a bottle of 30 200 mg wafers, that comes to $120 a month just for my CoQ10 supplement. So I skimp and don't take as much as I'm supposed to. I wish they could find a way to lower the price without compromising quality too much.

I didn’t realize I’d signed up for Chewables when the normal capsules weren’t available. These are so chalky and awful. And I can’t return them

Easy to take, nice not to have another pill to swallow, taste is fine.

I have a neurological issue. This has raised my levels to a "high" level. They taste good too!

this product is very good, for anyone for any reason, but especially for heart problems, and this company is a good one
