Crossed Volume 7 (CROSSED TP)

Anthropology at it's finest
This was one of my favorite volumes. It told a great story of an anthropologist who studied the crossed and then became a Jane Goodall among them.I will say I liked the return in the second story, but it sort of disappointed me the way things turned out.

I love crossed they never disappoint me
I love crossed they never disappoint me! It's wild from start to finish with a usually great story line! And always great drawings. The visuals are perfect every time. This one in particular was great. I loved the idea that they could be smarter and play the right cards and do things to get ahead.

Satiated
If you like Crossed then you know what to expect by now. One of the story arcs in vol 7 is a follow up on Vol 3 Psychopath, which I was very excited to read. As I said, you should know what to expect by now lol. Shipping on time and package perfect.

Crossed is the best and most in your face comic I have read ...
YOU CANT HANDLE CROSSED!Not for the faint of heart, not for the morally guided and bound, not for the close minded. Crossed is the best and most in your face comic I have read in years, hands down.Nothing that Marvel or DC could ever serve up would compare to Crossed!

Pretty Good
A lot of people feel this series goes over the top with the gore, violence, and horrific depictions. I do think some times it is purely gratuitous, but most times I think it is meant to get the point across.I like that, for the most part, these comics follow different people in each series rather than sticking with the same characters all the time. It makes it different from other post apok comics (TWD, Y the Last Man, etc). There is, at least from my perspective, an underlying single theme in every one of them though: What are you willing to do in order to survive, and can you live with what you do.While it is no "The Walking Dead", it is very much akin to a zombie apocalypse type story. They have my interest enough to wonder where the tale is going to take us, and how they may or may not wrap the whole thing up.A good read, but very graphic and NOT for kids.

Worth reading.
The first story is superb. The second is alright but doesn't live up to the first.A good book.
