Perfect pantry item!
Nothing better than chicken noodle soup on a cold, wintery day, or when you have a cold, are just stuffed up, or just craving chicken soup? Keeps well in the pantry almost forever, can't be simpler to make - add water and in 5 minutes on the stove you have hot soup! Yummy!

Noodles float and take a LONG time to get soft... Otherwise okay...
For fast hot soup I tend to go for instant miso soup, but I'd like some variety, and these caught my eye, and I ordered 2 boxes (4 packets each). I find these okay, but the noodles took a while to get soft. I empty contents into a mug and pour boiling water over the content from my mini kettle, so water is piping hot. The soup is not very salty, which is appreciated, and there is some taste of chicken and spices. However, as stated before, it takes a LONG time for the noodles to soften, as they mainly float to the top and doesn't get fully cooked. When sipping the "soup/broth" the noodles often get in the way and tastes half-cooked (center still kinda raw), which is a bit annoying. The price is right, but due to the noodles, I can't give this 5/5. So 4/5 it is.
