HitachiMAF0102 Mass Air Flow Sensor with 4 Terminal Option

This was way cheaper than buying from auto zone. Same brand and quality. Description is wrong but do your research this actually fit my 2013 Nissan Altima s 4 cylinder. Before purchasing please be sure you just need to reprogram the PCM. Don’t do the same mistake I did and bought a cheap one (35) one and reprogram then I decided I wanted a better quality Maf sensor and return my item and bought another one which was this one and code p0101 came back on and I had to reprogram this one as well 🤦🏻lesson learned.

Yes, it was easy to install but did absolutely nothing to help my car. I know this was the issue, the light went off, and came back on a day or two later saying the range/perfomance of the mass air flow censor is off. I know it's the censor since all filters are clean. We have misplaced the old MAF Cesnor so we couldn't even return this one for a refund. Would not reccomend or purchase from here again.

Alright. I'm completely satisfied with this product. When my mechanic told me that I needed to replace my mass air flow sensor and that it was a "dealer only" item I was very discouraged. I could have spent $360 buying this from the dealer but I instead decided to take a chance and buy this product even though there were two reviews saying that this is not compatible with a 2013 and 2016 sentra. Well folks for anyone looking at this for a cheap but reliable solution I am happy to tell you that you found it. It has been about a month since I installed it on my 2014 sentra. Although I am no mechanic this is was super easy to install and my car now rides and sounds as good as new. I use to have a weird sensation when I would get to a stop light back when the car was straight out of the agency where I wasn't sure if the car was on or off because literally the car made no noise when I stopped at the light. After a few years of wear and tear my car had developed sort of a rumbling noise coming from somewhere near the mass airflow. I just figured it was normal wear and tear but after my car started to turn off by itself immediately after I turned it on I got it checked and I was asked to replace the mass air flow sensor. I replaced it with this one and my car is now as good as new.

So far so good. Working properly. When I recieved the box, I did feel it might have been used or returned but decided to use it anyways. Luckily its been a week+ and check engine light gone.

Quality and great price, better than paying $300 at the dealer's. Just make sure the MAF is what's wrong. Many change it and except to solve the problem. There's other causes that might turn on the check engine light: PCV valve, torn intake hose, or dirty throttle body.

As usual, auto part ordered through Amazon does not fit and has to be returned. When will I learn?

Quality product as in original manufacturer! Made by Hitachi. Fixed MAF check engine light on my car. It is pricier compared to other no-brand name products, but I did try another $30 option first which would not accept the wiring connector on my car - although advertised to fit my application. Should have purchased this one in the first place!

First delivery came as an empty bag yesterday then this! I have to get a Delphi unit for about $350 from the dealer. ughI still have not received my credit for unit returned well over 45 days ago

June 22, 2019 this was the only option available for MAF on Amazon and it held up, it did it’s job on my 2015 Sentra, I purchased it that date and installed it a few days laterNow, 2 weeks ago or so my MAF sensor died by the looks of it (throwing same code again), I replaced it with a cheaper option from Amazon & that part didn’t work, it was faulty as it worked for 20 min or so and then quit working, so I will be returning that product and I am going to be replacing with this hitachi sensor again since it held up just fine for well over 3 years the last time I bought it.

It helped so much on my fuel consumption and makes the acceleration smooth

Car still misfires even after installing new Sensor it most not be the right direct placement this thing is such a joke as reading 80g/s not riding properly the best option is to just buy OEM original most sellers offer warranty on their products not like these guys
